Dance Level Descriptions

Our country dance lessons are designed for dancers of all experience levels. Beginner classes focus on introducing the basic steps and rhythms, making them perfect for those who are new to country dancing or looking to refresh their skills. Intermediate classes build on foundational steps, incorporating new patterns and techniques to help students grow more confident and versatile. Advanced classes are geared toward experienced dancers who want to refine their style, learn complex combinations, and perfect their technique. Not sure which level you belong in? Our instructors are happy to help guide you to the best class for your needs.

What to Bring?

For a successful and comfortable lesson, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement and closed-toe shoes with smooth soles—cowboy boots are always welcome! Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and consider bringing a small towel if you tend to work up a sweat. You don’t need a partner to participate—just a willingness to learn and have fun! Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and readiness to make new friends while learning some fantastic country dance moves.
